The purpose of the Site is to provide users with information on the activities carried out by G&O-Aqua”. Under no circumstances do the texts published on the Site constitute advice on the use of the information provided. They only reflect the spirit of their authors and constitute a simple indication of a general nature. Although the owner of the Site makes every effort to ensure that the information published on it is accurate and up-to-date - and reserves the right to correct the content at any time and without notice - legislation is likely to change at any time, so that the content may no longer be up to date with new legal and regulatory provisions. The elements and content of the Site are the exclusive property of the company “SRP-Méditerranée”. In accordance with the laws governing literary and artistic property rights or related rights, any reproduction, modification, publication, adaptation and/or representation of all or part of the elements comprising the Site is strictly forbidden, whatever the means or process used, without the prior written authorization of the owner(s). The author of any unauthorized use of the Site or of any of the elements it contains will be prosecuted.

 

 

Personal data.

The user expressly accepts that nominative data sent voluntarily to “SRP-Méditerranée” may be processed electronically. This data will be kept for a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years. It is intended for the exclusive use of the Site owner, who will not divulge it or use it on behalf of any third party for canvassing purposes, and in particular for commercial purposes. In accordance with the provisions of law no. 1.165 of December 23, 1993 regulating the processing of personal information, as amended, the user has the right to information, access, rectification, modification and deletion of information concerning him/her. They may also object to the computerized processing of said data. These rights may be exercised either directly with “SRP-Méditerranée”, or by post or e-mail. The user must first provide proof of identity. A reply will be sent within 31 days.
